Religion and Spirituality at the V & A...

My visit to the V & A Museum in London was probably the most beneficial thing I did for my whole project.  It was so inspiring on many levels.  I love to learn about history in general anyway but to gain the knowledge whilst putting together my project took things to another level.  I was beginning to try and think of ideas of what I wanted in my book...There was a three floors in the museum just on medieval renaissance artefacts and information.  They were highly religious at this point in history so there were so many things I could start gaining inspiration from...

































Another amazing part of the V & A was all the areas contain artefacts from the Asia.  This was great for my project I was particularly interested in looking at Buddhism and Hinduism.  With this in mind I decided to concentrate on China, Japan, Thailand and India in my research.  I found some great pieces to use for my research of Eastern Spirituality...
