Shooting the Statue Replication...

I had chosen my models Gregorio and Kristie.  For the photography I decide to use Oliver Dobbin...I knew exactly how I was going to style the shoot and I was using the statue as I guide for placement within the photo.  I knew already that I wanted one of Greg and lots of Kristie.  As I was using a veil so I knew that the hair just needed to be sleek underneath it...To make my veil I used lace and then cut up my whit t-shirt to put underneath to create another dimension.  I dressed her in a black lace dress I sourced from BooHoo.com.  For the make up I looked at Pinterest to gain inspiration from vampy looks, I also used my Dolce and Gabbana references...To add an extra element and dynamic to the look I wanted my modulate look like she was praying with rosary beads...

Jesus was much easier, I had already sourced a wig from our teacher Lottie.  It was just a long natural light brown wig.  I had a pair of white cargo pants that I though would be perfect for his look...

There was a major problem when on the set of the shoot...we were using a large studio which was needed to show the full length of the models.  After trying to set up the lighting for two hours all the power went.  This caused a major problem as there were no large studios left.  Luckily we found a smaller one the production was able to carry on.  I had to try and deal with the models becoming uneasy they'd already been waiting for hours, the shoot ended up taking us six hours but we got there in the end.
